I am so impressed by the quality of work Jess (Swan Graphics) does for me that I keep going back to her for new site designs from time to time to freshen them up or make them custom for the Holiday. She's designed three sites for me to date, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future. She's always on time and her prices are reasonable. If I miss something along the way, a quick shout out to her and she's back in and customizing something for me again. If you use Swan Graphics you will be impressed by how intuitive she is. Simply put, Jess is top notch. I have used for both a touch up on an unfinished site and also and most recently a full redesign. She takes the time to listen and understand exactly what the customer wants. She uses the creed that its the customer's site and work, not hers. Complete professionalism with both designs for me. Will deffinately recommend and use again. Very pleased with the way she sticks to the job until it is FULLY complete. Extremely happy with quick results and pricing as well. Lastly her ability to troubleshoot issues that arise is unmatched. Keep up the great work Swan Graphics!
